Guest Presenter at CLCN SDG Meeting

We are pleased to announce that we have a guest speaker ath the CLCN SDG Meeting on Tuesday 11th July 2017

 

Wayne Shaw from ACT Fire and Rescue 

Will do a presentation on the Risk and Hazard Analysis section of the ACTF&R.  This will cover the position and the different functions involved; there will also be a significant part which covers squalor and hoarding.

DISCOVER HOARDING AND SQUALOR: FIRST RESPONDER TRAINING PRESENTED BY CLCN

 

This training will create discussion and awareness among first responders around the issue around hoarding and squalor.
It will explore considerations and approaches when seeking to connect to support, and inform on possible steps and processes.
It will also give workers an invaluable opportunity to learn and develop relationships with other agencies.

UNPACKING HOARDING AND SQUALOR: INTRODUCTORY TRAINING PRESENTED BY CLCN


 

 

The Canberra Living Conditions Network (CLCN) is pleased to present 'Unpacking Hoarding and Squalor' for workers and managers. This is the first of four training modules being presented by CLCN over the next year.

The introductory module is run over a half-day and provides a general overview of hoarding and squalor. It is suitable for workers and managers who may come across these issues in their work.
